Bus tyre went flat along the Winslow - Whitchurch stretch and the bus driver lost steering before the White Swan bus stop. Driver rang for a replacement, however no drivers with credible hours to get it there were available. All customers were waiting for the next bus at 19.37pm. The driver, Simon, was explaining to me about how all ex Aylesbury and High Wycombe drivers were offered £18000, to go then and there or £24000, to transfer to either Hemel Hempstead, Milton Keynes or Luton, but have to stay there for a year so payments are staggered.
